I need someone to watch my Yorkie (great personality) while we are away. He is trained and has a routine for going outside to potty. He eats once a day in the evening. He LOVES his tummy rubbed and in turn will give you lots of attention. He is older so he tends to just "hang out" and other than attacking the mail when it comes through the door slot, he is very calm. Additionally she is representing both seller and buyer on the house we are buying. We figure she will get $90,000 total on the two transactions. The house we are selling we will barely break even on and we have asked the realtor to reduce her fees by $15,000. She is consulting her boss, but her initial reaction was complete shock.
