Eve Sullivan and Shelly Tillery formed a team in 2000 with premier client service in mind. Sullivan received her BBA in Marketing from Texas Christian University and has resided in the Park Cities for over 26 years. A Park Cities native, Tillery is a graduate of Highland Park High School and the University of Texas.

Sullivan and Tillery both live in the Park Cities with their families. Their children attend Highland Park schools and they are actively involved in a number of community organizations. Since 2004, they have been voted as one of D Magazine's Best Realtors the last eight consecutive years.
