Does Anyone Have A Back House, they want to rent?

We have a reader who is looking for a back house. She is a lovely woman who works in the Park Cities and has grand children in Preston Hollow. She would be a great tenant to have, if you have a place or know of someone who does. She does need a small kitchen.

I have a nice efficiency in my home with a small kitchen (microwave and fridge only) for $600 a month in a beautiful block west of Hillcrest and south of Lovers near SMU for $600 including utilities and laundry facility, with a $300 key and damage deposit. I currently have it advertised at SMU, but I would consider someone who was not a student as well. It is upstairs, if that poses any problem. I have several people coming to see it today and tomorrow, so let me know if she is interested.

We have a back house for rent $700 a month bills paid. It is a bachelor apartment, nicely furnished. Half kitchen (microwave, fridge, hotplate). Three closets, full bath, shower/tub, toilet & sink. Two blocks from Highland Park Village. Very clean, newer construction. No laundry.
