One hundred years after the era that inspired it, the Great Gatsby will be celebrated in all its Art Deco glory with a special dinner Saturday, Dec. 30 at LVI, the upscale bistro located in The Statler. Guests at the posh party will enjoy a night of casino games, live entertainment from jazz crooner Brad Ackland and more. From 6 to 11 p.m., guests will enjoy a special meal featuring dishes inspired by the jazz age and served with LVI’s signature touch. The dinner is $125 per couple, excluding tax and gratuity, and includes a complimentary glass of Champagne.

Artisan Board with burrata, whipped ricotta, olive tapenade, herb butter, pancetta and assorted fruit
Oysters Rockefeller - half a dozen oysters baked on the half-shell
Shrimp Cocktail - chilled jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce and bagel crostini
Entrees (your choice of one)
Seared scallops & cauliflower - Three seared scallops, roasted cauliflower puree, fried Brussels sprouts served with a velouté
Bacon Wrapped Filet – 6-ounce filet wrapped in bacon, served with a truffle au poivre sauce and truffle fries
Porcini and truffle risotto - porcini mushrooms, truffle oil, white wine, Parmesan risotto
Dessert
Bruleed cheesecake served with a raspberry puree
Following the meal, guests at the Great Gatsby dinner can enjoy complimentary admission at Waterproof, the hotel’s 19th floor lounge.
