TOOTSIES with Tidbits Dallas hosted Tootsies’ Store Relaunch on Thursday September 20, 2012 from 6-8pm.

Guests viewed TOOTSIES’ Phase One renovation which included new flooring and carpeting on the downstairs level as well as enjoying Sprinkles Cupcakes, Nue Vodka cocktails and Personal Appearance and Fall 2012 trunk show by Designer David Peck. Models provided by the Clutts Agency, Hair by the Hair Bar and makeup by Clishade Custom Cosmetics.

Seen in the crowd: Jim Duran, Kimberly Vilayvanh, Megan Meyercord, Andy Meyercord, Diamond Downs, Shelley O’Neal, Jonathan Paul, Heather Lettieri, Debbie Tull and Jennifer Chandler.

About Designer David  Peck

David Peck’s artistic career began with a degree in classical cello and further developed at Ecole Parsons where he studied fashion design. While at Parsons, not only did he win Top Honors as the recipient of the Junior Year Silver Thimble Award, but also as the Designer of the Year for his Senior Collection.

While in Paris, David worked for renowned fashion houses such as Paco Rabanne, Junichi Hakamaki and Robert Normand, as well as a style consultant and costume designer for several films.

David relocated to New York in 2008 to co-found and co-design Untitled 11:11, a high-end womenswear collection committed to sustainable design practices. Untitled 11:11 quickly became a favorite of celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Rose McGowan and Lauren Conrad due to its designer aesthetic and commitment to the environment.

By early 2010, David had moved to Houston to be closer to his family. He was serving as a consultant for Ecole Parsons A Paris when he was inspired to launch CrOp by David Peck.
