Theft
A 54-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) stole $2,700 worth of her jewelry during an open house between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Dec. 18 at her residence in the 3600 block of Caruth Boulevard.

DECEMBER 20

Striking Unattended Vehicle
A 43-year-old resident of Garland reported that a car hit an unattended U.S. Postal Service vehicle, but the driver did not stop and leave information between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. Dec. 19 in the 3400 block of McFarlin Boulevard.

DECEMBER 22

Theft
A 54-year-old resident of Abilene reported that an unknown person(s) stole two of the tires and rims off of his 2007 Cadillac Escalade between 10:45 p.m. Dec. 21 and 7 a.m. Dec. 22 in the 4400 block of San Carlos Drive.

DECEMBER 23

Vehicle Burglary
A 45-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) broke into her 2007 Chevrolet Yukon and stole the third-row seat between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. Dec. 21 in the 4500 block of San Carlos Drive.

Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information
A 42-year-old resident who lives in the 3400 block Westminister Avenue reported that an unknown person(s) used her information to "open accounts" without permission between Dec. 14 and Dec. 23.

Theft
A person pumped $54.33 of fuel from a Tetco Chevron and left without paying at 7:09 p.m. in the 8400 block of Preston Road.

DECEMBER 25

Fraudulent Use of Identifying Information
A 30-year-old resident who lives in the 4300 block of Glenwick Lane reported that an unknown person(s) used his credit card to make purchases without permission.

DECEMBER 26

Vehicle Burglary
A 52-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) entered his Chevrolet vehicle and stole the back seat between 11:30 a.m. Dec. 24 and 9 a.m Dec. 25 in the 3700 block of Marquette Street.
