Highland Park, TX (Jan. 23-27)

JANUARY 23

Theft
A 45-year-old resident of Fort Worth reported that an unknown person(s) stole copper pipe from his construction trailer sometime between 5:30 p.m. Jan. 21 and 7:15 a.m Jan. 23 while it was parked in the 5000 block of Holland Avenue.

Fraudulent Use of Identifying Info
An 55-year-old resident, who has power of attorney for her 88-year-old father who also lives in Highland Park, reported that several unauthorized transactions were made on her father's financial accounts between Jan. 1 and Jan. 23.

JANUARY 24

Vehicle Burglary
A 45-year-old resident reported that an unknown person(s) stole the rear seat from his 2008 GMC Denali between 9 p.m. Jan. 16 and 8 a.m. Jan. 17 in the 4500 block of Arcady Avenue.

JANUARY 25

Theft
A 44-year-old resident, who has been having construction work done on her home, reported that twelve pieces of jewelry valued at a total of $41,000 were stolen from her residence between 3 p.m. Jan. 22 and 5 p.m. Jan. 24 in the 4200 block of Armstrong Parkway.

Recovered Stolen Property
A 2005 Ford Escape that was parked in the 4600 block of Abbott Avenue was confirmed stolen at 10:40 a.m.

Theft
An employee at PK's Fine Wines and Spirits, which is located in the 4100 block of Lomo Alto Drive, reported that a male suspect stole two bottles of Crown Royal valued at $59.99 each around 8:20 p.m.

JANUARY 26

Failure to Leave ID at Accident
A 45-year-old resident reported that his 2009 BMW had been damaged but was not sure how. There were marks on the passenger side mirror, passenger door and rear quarter panel that appeared to be from a concrete wall or pole and not from another vehicle. The BMW had been valeted at Highland Park Shopping Village on Jan. 24 and at NorthPark Mall on Jan. 25, but the damage was not noticed until 8 a.m. Jan. 26.

JANUARY 27

Theft
A 44-year-old resident, who lives in the 3400 block of Mockingbird Lane, reported that her "two toned diamond faced Rolex watch" got misplaced or was stolen between Jan. 12 and Jan. 23.

Theft
An employee at Christian Louboutin in Highland Park Shopping Village reported that someone stole a $3,000 handbag from a display shelf at the store between noon and 5 p.m. Jan. 25.

Theft
A 49-year-old resident, who lives in the 4300 block of Beverly Drive, reported that someone stole jewelry from her home, including four diamond rings, one watch with diamonds, and one pair of "coral and diamond" earrings, between Jan. 2 and Jan. 25.
