I'm an older female professional, quiet, no smoking and no pets looking for a private quiet nest. I formerly lived in the area for years and have been living in Telluride but wish to return to the area this fall. I have excellent credit and references and may know some of your neighbors! I'd like to rent for a while and am looking for a spot. The quiet beauty of a back house would be ideal.
