Park Cities Dance is thrilled to bring Margot Martin and The Ballet Burn® to Dallas! 7 classes will be offered at Park Cities Dance studios weekly.

Margot Martin was a lifelong professional ballerina, performing nationally and internationally when she retired in 2010 to start her own fitness program, The Ballet Burn®. The popular program incorporates ballet technique with plyo-metrics, dynamic and ballistic movement, coordination, toning, and muscle endurance.

Park Cities Dance will be presenting free trial Ballet Burn classes next week, August 19 -21, 9:00-10:15 am and August 20, 7:30-8:45 pm. For more information visit www.parkcitiesdance.com or call 214.357.888.

The Ballet Burn classes, and also Margot's Yoga classes begin the week of August 25th, Monday-Thursdays, 9:15-10:30 am and Monday & Wednesday, 7:30-8:45 pm along with Saturday 8:00-9:00 am. For all classes bring a yoga mat, water, and wear light sneakers! (Yoga mats are available at Park Cities Dance.)
