This latest update to the Neighborhood Marketing Center makes it easier to both listen and talk to customers. A new survey feature lets you query customers on their needs and opinions and a new email marketing track feature makes it easy to schedule automated follow-ups.
Surveys
The new survey feature lets you create multi-question surveys you can send to customers or prospects to better understand their needs and impressions of your business. Surveys work best when they are integrated into your business. For example, regularly sending a survey after a customer does business with you lets you gather testimonials or discover problems with staff or process.
Email Marketing Tracks
For businesses that deal with a large number of customers, it is difficult to conduct anything other than a one-time email follow-up. Email marketing tracks provide the ability to send a customer a pre-written series of email messages on a predefined schedule based on when the customer is added to the track.
For example, if each day your business generates 20 new leads you can add those leads to an email marketing track that contains four messages scheduled over two months. Then, each lead gets their four messages on their own unique schedule without any effort on your part.
