Learned to day from Ryan Eason, who works for Medical City/Medical City Children's Hospital that they run a community obesity prevention program called "kids teaching kids." It is a partnership with the hospital, area highschools, the Greater Dallas Restaurant Association, and the Texas Chefs Association.
