Don’t miss out if you need to replace your water heater, heating or air conditioning system. The federal government, on January 1, 2009, instituted home improvement tax credits to reward those upgrading to more efficient, energy saving heating, water and air conditioning systems. The credit is 30% of the cost up to $1500.00.
