A close friend of mine, just called and she walked down to the scene of the accident.  Apparently, Lou Brown, the nurse at Armstrong was driving north on Preston and a car came up behind her very fast and rear ended her.  The impact propelled her car several feet but she survived the accident.  She was still in her car, talking and waiting to be moved by paramedics to an ambulance.  The person that hit her was sitting on the side of the road in handcuffs, agitated and very belligerent.
