Highland Park's junior varsity basketball team called up freshman help for its game against the McKinney Lady Lions on Friday at Highland Park High School, but the Lady Scots ultimately lost the game by a heartbreaking score of 41-43.

The Lady Scots will have a chance to bounce back from the loss when they play their next game against the Rockwall Lady Yellowjackets at 6 p.m. Tuesday in the HPHS main gym.
