We are currently refreshing exterior, including adding a copper awning over front door...so we don't have current pics of outside as it's in progress. The rent on the upstairs unit is $2500 per month, but is negotiable depending on term of lease and credit. Please call 14-701-5447 if you have further questions.  The unit is lovely!
